The Book, Bible and Bag Lunch

Our study group meets on Mondays at 11:30 for Bible study and a time of fellowship and eating together.   Past studies have included Desmond and Mpho Tutu’s Book of Forgiving, the gospel of Mark and the epistle of James.   Discussion and questions help us grow together in faith. Coffee and refreshments are provided.

Lenten Lunches

During the season of Lent,  about late February to Easter, we set time aside for learning and fellowship through a short service and soup lunch on Wednesdays.  All are welcome as we journey together through this sacred time.

Prayer Team 

Life in Christ is a conversation we have with God about our daily needs, both the ordinary and the more serious.  God answers prayer.  The Prayer Team meets the third Thursday of every month at 11am for confidential prayer for those requests that we have received.   We covenant to pray for any needs or celebrations that come to us.  We would love to pray with you and for you.   If you have a prayer request, please send it to office@burlingtoneast.net.  Leader:  J.
