The church at 505 Walkers Line was built almost 50 years ago, comprised of the sanctuary, lower hall, kitchen, washrooms and various smaller rooms. In 1991, a major extension was added – a custom-built nursery, meeting rooms, additional washrooms, wheelchair accessible washroom and offices with a lift to make the whole building wheelchair accessible. Amenities such as listening devices were added later.
Following the amalgamation as Burlington East, the church building was renovated and refurbished, including upgrades to improve year-round comfort. The renovations were paid for by the sale of the former Pineland Church building, resulting in BEPC being debt free.
